[autotest] audio: Add audiovideo_AudioBasicHDMI test
Add a simple test case to check HDMI audio function.
The test server controls DUT to play audio file.
Audio data is then recorded on Chameleon from HDMI port.
The recorded data is then compared to the original data to make sure
HDMI audio function works.
BUG=chromium:398806
TEST=test_that --args "chameleon_host=$CHAMELEON_IP" $DUT_IP audiovideo_AudioBasicHDMI.
Test will pass. Pressing volume up/down while running the test,
then test will fail.
