[moblab_RunSuite] Collect logs on failure.
Now when the moblab_RunSuite test fails, it will pull the Moblab's
autotest results and log directories.
BUG=chromium:473405
TEST=Ran moblab_RunSuite via test_that and manually aborted the job
on the moblab so the test would fail. Then verified the folders were
indeed copied.
