Following changes:
1. Fixed a bug where the 'runs' list was not cleared when iterating
between different numbers of stream. This caused results for each
subsequent iteration to include sum of all previous iterations.
2. Added time scaling for bandwidth. This is needed because when
testing for a large numbers of stream, the streams startup
takes a relatively long time. This causes the bandwidth reported to
be artificially inflated in some cases.
3. Added a new keyval: 'Efficiency_C'. This is total bandwidth divided
by CPU utilization on the client.
