Test lsb_dtk major cleanup
lsb_dtk got a long due update and cleanup:
* Converted print statements to logging statements;
* Removed unnecessary use of test class attributes;
* Removed profiling old boilerplate code;
* Made the test take advantage of parameter cherry picking
* Updated the tarball MD5SUM for dtk manager packages (the ones present
on the test don't exist on the original repository anymore).
Risk: Low (changes to just one test module)
Visibility: Low (users of lsb_dtk)
