Add profile_type option to cros_perf profiler.
This allows one to run 'perf record' or 'perf stat' (or other perf
commands) and collect different types of data from perf.
BUG=none
TEST=Ran with profile_type='record' and profile_type='stat' and checked
that the expected data was collected.
