autotest: fixup MMC power-down checking.
Different platforms can take advantage of different levels of
power-savings in the MMC. CL allows test to check acceptable ranges
for certain fields by including operators for checking.
BUG=chromium-os:34876
TEST=run it on several different x86 platforms.
