Add a test to run the internal GLES2 conformance test suite
This adds a new test, graphics_GLES2ConformChrome, which runs the
Khronos GLES2 conformance test suite against the Chrome GPU command
buffer.
BUG=None
TEST=Add to autotest-chrome, build with internal_gles_conform USE flag,
manually run with test_that, and evaluate output.
