Fix realtimecomm_GTalk[Audio]Playground.
This includes:
* Update to newest gtalk playground
* Updated pgutil to place options file in the correct place
* Switched the URL to work around chrome's auto https redirect for
talk.google.com
* Relaxing the video length check to account for slow camera and call
startup
