faft: Temporarily mask these tests which require a factory install shim
Since we haven't checked the existence of a factory install shim in the USB
port. So temporarily mask these tests. Otherwise, forgetting to insert a
factory install shim during test caused the TPM updated and not easy to be
recovered.
