desktopui_ScreenLockerTelemetry implementation
This test uses chrome.autotestPrivate.lockScreen() to lock the screen.
It uses Oobe.authenticateForTesting() to unlock the screen, attempting both
bad and correct passwords. It verifies that the screenlock screen appears as
expected.
