faft: Add some firmware update tests to regular FAFT suite
The firmware update tests were tagged as a special case as it
required an install shim to be plugged during the tests. We removed
this requirement recent (USB still needs a test image). We add
some of the tests, which don't affect TPM, back to the regular
FAFT suite. The tests affecting TPM will wait until the lab
infrastructure supports TPM recovery.
A new suite faft_lv5 are created for these tests.
