autotest: servo: Disble checking success of lid status during init.
Some designs may not have a lid or a mechanism to control it. Until
we have a mechanism to identify this I'm disabling the check. If lid
is in fact closed test failure would still likely occur as device
would suspend/shutdown.

TEST=run servo based autotest on DUT without lid and it doesn't fail
