Autotest: Pyautoperf needs to copy keyvals from client-side.
When we switched from using a client-side only test PyautoPerfTests
to a server-side + client-side test, we lost the perf keyvals from
the client. These need to be copied from the client.
BUG=chromium-os:36519
TEST=Local run through run_remote_tests and ensured that the server-side
results file now has the keyval file and that before the changes it
did not.
