Fix for the issue apw brought up:
"This patch introduces a dependancy from the VIEW test_view to the
tests, jobs, machines and kernels. This means that you need to drop
this view before you can drop the associated view.
To be totally safe it makes most sense to move all the DROP statements
to the top of the schema load, and in the reverse order from which they
are created."
