Add some print code to SSHHost.get_crashinfo so that at least the
autoserv output log indicates what the crashinfo collection code is
doing.

I tried to come up with a good way to use job.record to log the
collection in TKO so that it's more user-visible from the frontend,
but it ended up looking rather noisy and tacked on.

Risk: Low
Visibility: Just adds some stdout output.
