platform_RebootAfterUpdate: increase timeout.
I checked different logs and slow machines seem to fail with 61..65s
right now. Increasing the timeout to 80s should allow for some future
variance. (Ideally this really should be on a per platform basis.)
Also log passing times so in the failure case we have something to
compare against.
