hardware_Trackpad: config for area of palm/thumb detection
This CL adds new functionalities for the area of palm/thumb
detection. It also takes care of the situation when there is
no need of subname and subprompt in a functionality.
BUG=chromium-os:19703
TEST=Run trackpad record program. It should execute normally.
$ cd /usr/local/autotest/tests/hardware_Trackpad/
$ ./trackpad_record.py
