[autotest] Add FAFT suites for firmware AU qualification
New BIOS and EC FAFT suites are added for firmware AU qulification.
The RO comes from the released firmware builds and RW comes from the
top of the firmware branch. As there are several released RO firmware
builds, so three separated groups of suites are created.
