[autotest] Added Mario/Zgb exception boards to bluetooth_IDCheck
These two boards don't support bluetooth 4.0 and hence their
bluetooth_ID v00E0p24..d0300 (specifically the d0300 part) which
is as expected. Added an exception board's list in the test to
perform check separately as per its BT_ID.
