[autotest] Periodically output run_suite information for buildbot.
An unfortunate fallout of using upstream buildbot is that we inherit
its ~300 minute silent timeout. This cl logs output every 30 minutes
so we avoid confusing states where buildbot aborts the stage but the
suite is still running.
