faft: Add recovery reason RW_VERIFY_BODY on both firmware A and are corrupted
On recent verified boot, we mark the recovery reason as RW_VERIFY_BODY when
both firmware and B are corrupted. We keep the original RO_INVALID_RW reason
and add this reason in addition.

TEST=Disable RO normal boot and run firmware_CorruptBothFwBodyAB passed on Snow.
