Add sleep time before suspension in mirrored-mode display tests
When running display_SuspendStress.mirrored and
display_HotPlugAtSuspend.mirrored, DUT is often not resumed to mirrored mode
after resume. It's yet to find out what the root cause is. So far, it's found
that adding some sleep time before suspension helps.
BUG=chromium:425000
TEST=run display_SuspendStress.mirrored and display_HotPlugAtSuspend.mirrored
on nyan_big and see them passed.
