platform_GesturesRegressionTest: report score of zero for a failed test
Since perf dashboard in autotest does not accept non-numeric values, the patch
tries to set result score to zero if a test fails.
BUG=chromium:236282
TEST=run_remote_tests --remote=xxx platform_GesturesRegressionTest (on a
mario device), the test results should not have 'False' in the score of
the test results. Instead, we should see score of '0.0' for failed tests.
