Expand automatic Servo recovery to include Lumpy systems.
Servo repair was restricted to x86-alex boards only, because board
differences in cold reset aren't accounted for in the autotest servo
client code. Testing has shown that lumpy behavior is compatible
with x86-alex, so add that board to the whitelist of allowed board
types.

TEST=platform_InstallTestImage on a locally attached lumpy
TEST=manually trigger repair for a lumpy in a local autotest installation
