Added appropriate extension checks for crash dumps.
Created a dictionary for the process and the dump files(extensions) to be created.
Commented tcsd process crash for BUG crbug.com/380359.
Added .log extension check for powerd process crash for BUG crbug.com/405727.
Checking if the dump files created are created for the process crashed.
Checking the file size of the dump file created.
