[autotest] Add aggregate statistics to board inventory.
In lab_inventory, add numbers for aggregate statistics for
good and bad DUTs, and for the number of boards. A sample
of the new output:
Summary of DUTs in inventory:
Bad Good Total
8 14% 52 86% 60
Boards with failures: 3
Boards in inventory: 4
BUG=None
TEST=unit tests, and various sample runs with --debug
