Add a sleep at the end of lttng stop so the tracing data is flushed to disk before reboot. This is a quick hack so we can run lttng tests from autotest frontend. The long-term solution should be letting 'lttctl -R' (command to stop a trace) block until all of the tracing data is flushed to disk.
