[autotest] run_suite.py should use autotest logging format
This includes timestamps in all log statements, as well as info about warning level.
We log to the console, only.

TEST=Use run_suite.py to schedule a suite. While it's running, stop the autotest front end. See that the log messages about failing RPCs have timestamps in them.
