Modifying WiFiInterop to work with Chaos Lab
Adding code to interopt test to connect to AP's defined in a configuration
file with wire tracing simultaneously occuring. Any failure to connect
to an AP will copy the files to the autotest logs.
BUG=None
TEST=Run the test. It should attemtpt to connect to AP's in the chaos lab.
