Audio loopback latency test - refactor to return noise sample delay in
frames.
Return delay in frames for check_for_noise(). Also change some variable
names to be more meaningful with unit.

TEST=Run loopback_latency on Lumpy, use argument '-c' and '-i hw:0,0 -o
hw:0,0' to test from CRAS and to hw directly, both get very closed
mesured latency and reported latency (about 1ms diff).
