Test power manager fallback to shutdown if unable to suspend
This test prevents suspend of the system with the lid closed. In this
situtation, the power manager daemon will try to suspend and fail.
After enough failed tries the system is powered off to prevent
draining the battery.
BUG=none
TEST=run_remote_tests.sh power_SuspendShutdown [on link]
- Normal run passes.
- Fails without lid close (timeout waiting for poweroff).
