Deal with the google storage URL rewrite
The URL previously used when forwarding to GS for results directories
seems to have changed. In any event; the old URL fails, and a new
URL works. Switch to the new URL so we can keep moving forward.
BUG=None
TEST=already installed and working live on the server.
