autotest: power_LoadTest: Change video to play last 6min only.
power_LoadTest's mix of video is 10% per hour (6min). Current video
is 1hr2min3sec started from beginning. Depending upon video player
(flash vs html5) and available bandwidth the player may aggressively
buffer the large video which impacts power consumption.
Change makes youtube start with only last 6min of the video remaining.

TEST=manual, Paste new url into browser and see it start at 56min3sec
