autotest: Update older WiFi test NAME fields to match test name
At some point, it was decided to depend on the NAME field of control
files in a programmatic way in test_that. Update older WiFi tests to
meet this expectation so that we can run them with test_that.
BUG=None
TEST=These tests can now be scheduled with test_that.
