mirror: Set version manually instead of relying on kernel Makefile
We cannot extract the version number for bpftool at build time in this
repository, because the main kernel Makefile would be necessary for
that. Instead, let's set the version corresponding to the commit at
which the current sources were taken. We also append the abbreviated
hash for that commit, so that we can differentiate builds from this repo
from a build created from a clean Linux release.
This version number is to be updated (automatically) when we synchronise
this repository with the kernel.
