Add stringification for std::chrono::{duration,time_point} Also hides std::chrono, std::pair and std::chrono::* behind new configuration macros, CATCH_CONFIG_ENABLE_*_STRINGMAKER to avoid dragging in <utility>, <tuple> and <chrono> in common path, unless requested.
