Added signal handlers (and placeholder for SEH handlers) - based on PR 232 (https://github.com/philsquared/Catch/pull/232 - thanks Lukasz Forynski) - Writes to reporter, so gets all the usual context, but then exits directly (since the stack cannot be resumed) so no summary - On Windows does nothing, as yet.

Catch stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in Headers and is a multi-paradigm automated test framework for C++ and Objective-C (and, maybe, C). It is implemented entirely in a set of header files, but is packaged up as a single header for extra convenience.
