Integrated new section tracker. - also pass extra section to reporter - one for each test case - ignore it in headers (this is so we know a test case has restarted) - significant effect on regression test due to change of ordering of sections - fixes infinite loop issue

Catch stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in Headers and is a multi-paradigm automated test framework for C++ and Objective-C (and, maybe, C). It is implemented entirely in a set of header files, but is packaged up as a single header for extra convenience.
