switch PTHLexer to use Read32 and friends instead of lots of inlined copies. I verified that this causes no performance change in PTH. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@62445 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
