Do not use CXXZeroValueInitExpr for class types. Instead, use CXXConstructExpr/CXXTemporaryObjectExpr/CXXNewExpr as appropriate. Fixes PR7556, and provides a slide codegen improvement when copy-initializing a POD class type from a value-initialized temporary.
