Improve clarity/consistency of a few UsingDecl methods and related helpers.
No functionality change.

In Sema helper functions:
 * renamed isTypeName as HasTypenameKeyword
In UsingDecl:
 * renamed get/setUsingLocation to get/setUsingLoc
 * renamed is/setTypeName as has/setTypename
