Add NeXT runtime support for generating methods. Change CodeGenFunction::EmitParmDecl to take either a ParmVarDecl or an ImplicitParamDecl. Drop hasAggregateLLVMType from CodeGenModule.cpp (use version in CodeGenFunction).
