ccc: Add installation of ccc; based on patch from Mike Stump. - This doesn't follow normal installation procedure of python code, but no sense trying too hard since ccc will be moved to C++. - Entry point is now tools/ccc. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@62517 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
