Add arbitrary "tags" to ProgramPoints. While this fattens up ProgramPoint even more, it gives us a tremendous amount of flexibility for extending the analyzer to handle arbitrary program points. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@68823 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
