Fixes geometry shader invocation dependency

dEQP-VK.tessellation.invariance.* updates a SSBO
expecting the implementation to execute the GS
once per primitive. Changes the test to allow
multiple invocations.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
