RESTRICT AUTOMERGE: Backport tests for VK_KHR_draw_indirect_count This change add new tests for VK_KHR_draw_indirect_count extension, and adds the extension to the whitelist. New Tests: dEQP-VK.draw.indirect_draw.*.indirect_draw_count.* dEQP-VK.draw.indirect_draw.*.indirect_draw_first_instance.* dEQP-VK.draw.indirect_draw.*.indirect_draw_count_first_instance.* dEQP-VK.draw.indirect_draw.*.indirect_draw_count_instanced.* Note: for Android CTS backport, adjusted excluded test list to not impact previously-passing implementations that don't care about this extension. This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
