Move robustness tests to custom context package GL45 and ES32 robustness tests require custom context. Previously this was handled by creating concurrent context but this introduced issues during context destruction. This change moves robustness tests to common folder and executes them from separate package that does not have default context. This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
