Fix device creation in multiview tests

context.getDeviceExtensions() now returns all extension
promoted to core. This may not be true for some implementations.
While creating a new device need to enumerate exactly the extensions
supported by an implementation.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
