Allow two images worth of alignment slop in protected heap

We previously backed off by one image worth, but it's not enough in some
cases.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
