Add DE_WARN_UNUSED_TYPE. - Add DE_WARN_UNUSED_TYPE macro. - Mark most commonly used types that have non-trivial ctor/dtor pair but no intended side-effects with DE_WARN_UNUSED_TYPE. Change-Id: I9af5c29fcacbec0d9bed0185b60552cb4bccf667
